How it works

Candidate Selection

This programme is designed to support autistic individuals with strong deductive reasoning and motor skills, whilst also welcoming candidates from across the neurodiversity spectrum.

Talent Development

Participants receive workplace safety and efficiency training while gaining familiarity with our neurodiversity frameworks and support systems designed to empower them throughout their journey. Additionally, external training and testing centre sessions are arranged to obtain all mandatory and supplementary workplace qualifications, with logistical support and subsistence provided. A pivotal aspect of the programme is the mentorship provided by highly qualified coaches who also possess emotional intelligence character qualities. These mentors not only demonstrate the practical application of the frameworks during the preparatory phase but also continue to support participants throughout their work placements, acting as supervisors with specialised skills tailored to neurodiverse needs.

Integrated Wellness

Taking a holistic approach to elevate job performance involves recognising the interconnected nature of employee well-being, skill development, and workplace environment. We organise activity days wherein participants have the opportunity to employ their abilities in new ways in a a fresh environment whilst sensing career progress, as their coaches guide them through workplace frameworks and goal setting systems. Job satisfaction and motivation are enhanced whilst fostering a supportive culture, promoting work-life balance, and encouraging continuous learning and reporting. This strand of the programme includes events participation and sports teams which are key in terms of awareness strategies.
